Prior to this I have worked with Zydus Cadila for 4+ years across multiple functions like JE implementation and application, C&B, HR Transformation, Digitalization and Business Strategy. Before joining Zydus, I worked as Program Manager at Ola (Olacabs) where I directly and indirectly managed several strategic initiatives and helped set up new processes for different teams across different locations.Pre-MBA:Worked with Tata Motors in the Passenger Vehicles Business Unit as Customer Support Manager in Agra where I was primarily responsible for the After Sales and Service function in the Western UP. The job responsibility primarily involved monitoring performance of Channel Partners (Dealers and Authorized Service Centres) to ensure highest service standards and Customer Satisfaction.
