Design MIS Templates - Setup New Branch Expansion MIS process in the department which helped us to achieve milestone of plus Retail branches in HDFC Bank Branch Network. Setup Rental Saving MIS process for leased premises during the lockdown in the department which helped us to save Rental saving of Rs. 46.65 Crs in FY 2020 – 2021 & Rs. 31.81 Crs. In FY 20••••22 and aggregate saving of Rs. 273.76 Crs. till end of the lease period. Design PAN India dashboard for the entire department for Group Head – Infrastructure & Finance. Design Gantt Chart in Microsoft excel to analyse all the Current Infrastructure Projects, comparing with the TAT & observe deviation and report it to the Management for better performance of Project. Actively work in dashboard development for relevant areas. Daily Work Management – To review the work done by team members (4 Staff) on daily basis. Also helping Team members to resolve the critical issues. Rental Budget - Prepare Annual Rental Budget (Total Rental Budget of Rs. 1300/- Crs.) of all HDFC Bank’s portfolio (Retail Branch, Back office, ATM & Other Offices) & Submit the same to Finance Team. Compare Rental Budget with Actual Rental outflow and find out the gaps and take corrective measures. Account Reconciliation - Reconciliation of Actual Rental & Security Deposit Outflow with the data uploaded in Lease Document Management System. Account Receivable Management – To ensure timely receipt of outstanding security deposit of from the landlord and also ensuring timely closure of Accounts receivables in Banks Books. Also daily review exceptional cases pending since ages and ensure to close. Audit Management – To engage with Auditors for providing necessary data and ensuring proper resolution of the queries raised by Auditors. Liasioning – liasioning inside and outside stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning.
