I am a registered occupational therapist and a Certified hand therapist with versatile experience of over a decade in various clinical settings, including skilled nursing facility, assisted living facilities, long term care, outpatient setting and home health setting. I have extensive experience in treating neurological conditions including ischemic/hemorrhagic strokes, transient ischemic attacks, brain and spinal cord injury, also neuromuscular disorders, including Bell palsy, cervical spondylosis, carpal tunnel syndrome, brain or spinal cord tumors, peripheral neuropathy, and muscular dystrophy. Functional disorders, including headache, seizure disorder, dizziness, and neuralgia. Degenerative disorders, such as Parkinson disease, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer disease, and Dementia. I have experience in treating upper extremity conditions including, but not limited to fractures, post-surgical conditions, repetitive and soft tissue injuries, also Arthritis and in crafting treatment plans including splinting/orthotics protocols. I am inspired to help others through new techniques, learn innovative skills, and stay up to date with current evidence-based literature. I am fascinated by the world of ever emerging and evolving rehabilitation technology and the possibility of helping multitude of people simultaneously. My ultimate goal is to apply my clinical skills and expertise and be a part of solutions in the growing health tech space.
