I\'m a visual artist from Manchester, disciplined in multiple forms of design. Currently, I\'m working as an Email Design Manager at Yappy.com. Here I am currently in charge of running, designing and developing the daily BAU newsletters, along with managing and maintaining our automated emails. It is my role to ensure that our emails are engaging, exciting, highly personalised and work seamlessly across all platforms and devices. Previously, I was the Senior Email Designer for Booking.com Transportation Business Unit (otherwise known as RentalCars.com) where I was entrusted with ensuring our customers receive high-quality, relevant communications that consistently push the boundaries of innovation. Alongside this, in the evenings, I also worked as a freelance Email Designer for Buzz Bingo, where I helped translate their brand promotions & events into daily newsletter sends.Before this, I worked as a CRM Operations Executive at PrettyLittleThing.com. Whilst there, it was my job to let loose those glitter cannons and bring out my creativity to create awesome, award-winning, fun and immersive marketing emails that kept customers interested and engaged. This lead to a higher boost in click-through and conversion, helping the business to continually surpass sales targets and set award-winning industry benchmarks in the customer life cycle.Before this, I worked as a digital designer at GettingPersonal.co.uk, an online retail company that specialises in unique and personalised gifts. I was part of the marketing team, designing and creating responsive promotional emails and advertisements for customers.
