With a background in different surveying capacities including construction project management, housing, building surveying, property management and general practice, she has a proven track record achieving successful outcomes and exceeding client expectations.Her project experience includes the Olympic Athletes Village and the award-winning low energy project 17st Augustine\'s Road. She has led and delivered several highly complex multi-million pound projects and programmes including refurbishment, regeneration and mixed use new build developments. Asmau is an RICS APC Assessor, RICS Counsellor and has been an Associate Tutor at the University of Built Environment for over 10 years. She previously served as a board member of the CIOB’s Faculty of Architecture and Surveying and has had the privilege of contributing to several CIOB publications including the Design Manager\'s handbook, integrated design and construction and the Code of Practice for Project Management.
