I’ve implemented vision setting, achievable roadmaps, and solid tactics of how to get there. By creating strategic frameworks I contribute to ensuring our site is global, intuitive to use, and feels personal at the right time, right place. Currently focused on defining the ROI of design, because if we can always answer the question of what does success looks like, it means we can work smarter, and more prescriptive in our path forward.
