Responsible for IT recruitment across the UK and Europe and India. Responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process, understanding the requirement, sourcing the right candidate, technical interviews, negotiations, closing the deal, and maintaining the relationship with clients and consultants. Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent after identification of manpower requirements. • Handling requirements at all levels irrespective of technology. • Short-listing after the preliminary screening of candidates through personal/telephonic Interview. • Interview Follow-ups with coordination and scheduling of the short-listed candidates. • Locating potential candidates through the portal, internal database, referrals, networking, etc. • Conduct and coordinate walk-in interviews at various stages for the Software Development group and Managerial level. • Regular follow-up with the candidates with respect to offers and addressing their concerns (salary, relocation, joining date) and keeping the clients in the loop.
