About Aslesha Shrestha

I am Aslesha Shrestha from Nepal, currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree at Clark University with a double major in finance and marketing. I have actively explored both fields through hands-on roles and leadership experiences. In finance, I completed an accounting internship at Upaya City Cargo as well as an accounting and sales internship at World Distribution Center Z, where I strengthened my analytical and organisational skills. On the marketing side, I have served as the Marketing Chair for SASA, the Publicity Chair for ISA, and a Marketing Coordinator for the E&I Department on campus. Additionally, my involvement in the Student Council allowed me to contribute to event promotion and campus-wide engagement. Through these experiences, I have developed a strong foundation in both financial practices and strategic marketing.Beyond academics and professional development, I am deeply committed to volunteering and community service. During my IBDP Project Week, I spent a week painting and revitalising local schools, an experience that strengthened my passion for giving back. At Clark University, I participated in the Projects for Peace initiative, contributing to meaningful grassroots work. I have also volunteered with the Saathi Organisation and a Disabled Home Association, where I supported community members in need and gained a deeper understanding of social responsibility. These experiences have shaped my values, strengthened my empathy, and fuelled my dedication to serving others.
