As a passionate Food Technologist with a strong academic background in Food Science and Nutrition, I bring hands-on experience in quality analysis, laboratory testing, and food safety. I hold an MSc in Food Science and Nutrition from Pondicherry University and a BSc in Food Science & Quality Control from St. George’s College, Aruvithura. Through internships in both meat and seafood processing sectors, I’ve gained practical insights into food preservation, processing, and safety standards. I am certified in HACCP Level 3, FSSAI FoSTaC, ISO (Internal Auditor), and Food Safety Level 4. My recent research focuses on functional foods, including the incorporation of Ayapana triplinervis extract into milk and its impact on physicochemical properties. I also worked on dietary fibre-enriched chicken patties during my studies. I’m an enthusiastic team player with leadership experience, including coordinating Poshan Maah 2024 at Pondicherry University, and also UGC-NET qualified for PhD. I’m always looking to collaborate and contribute to innovative developments in food technology, nutrition, and safety.
