Currently, I work as a Sales Executive at GSS Training, where I interact with prospective learners and corporate clients, understand their training needs, provide course guidance, and support enrollments while maintaining strong professional relationships.In addition to sales, I bring hands-on experience in office administration and documentation management, gained through my role at Easyfin Business Solutions. There, I handled day-to-day administrative operations, maintained client and business records, and supported financial documentation to ensure accuracy and smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment.Earlier, at Canara Bank, I provided front-desk and clerical support, assisted customers with inquiries and documentation, and maintained internal records. This experience strengthened my communication skills, attention to detail, and client service approach.I am proficient in Tally Prime, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and CRM systems, enabling efficient data management, reporting support, and process coordination.
