ABOUT ASWIN KARTHIK PANNEER SELVAM

I am an experienced Data Science Professional with over 9 years of expertise in machine learning, AI, and data analytics, specializing in developing and leading ML/AI initiatives. My career has been driven by a passion for solving complex business problems through advanced AI techniques, including recommender systems, anomaly detection, graph neural networks, and LLM-based solutions. My last professional role was with Accenture as an AI Decision Science Manager.Beyond my professional responsibilities, I have been actively involved in training and mentorship initiatives to foster AI and data science skills within the community. I designed and led graph analytics upskilling programs, training over 60+ consultants in Neo4j, knowledge graphs, and graph machine learning. Additionally, I played a key role in mentoring 140+ analysts in supervised learning and conducted SQL training sessions for more than 300 professionals. As a chief instructor for an unsupervised learning upskilling initiative, I guided over 80+ professionals, ensuring they gained hands-on expertise in advanced machine learning techniques.Currently pursuing my Master’s in Data Analytics and Visualization at Yeshiva University, I have a strong foundation in AI research and hands-on experience in enterprise AI solutions, graph-based analytics, and hyper-personalization models. I will graduate in May 2025 and Open for work in the United States of America.
