Why did I, the NUMBER ONE Keller Williams Realtor on LINKEDIN, decide to change companies after THIRTEEN YEARS? Simple. The business model. I loved KW and I wasn\'t looking to change, but when I was presented with the eXp Real Estate Business Model, it was a NO BRAINER. I would be happy to talk to any of my real estate colleagues and explain the difference or watch the video below. In a nut shell.The techology is far superior, conducting business is easier, I keep more from the split, there is a lower CAP, a stock purchase plan and stock awards at various production levels AND will actually be able to RETIRE someday with an unparralled Revenue Share plan.
