Built and implemented the entire PAM suite of CyberArk: EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, CP, CCP (AIM), and Conjur. Managed PAM’s Primary and Disaster Recovery (DR) infrastructure and spearheaded monthly patching, smoke testing, maintenance, and health checks of the components. Improved environment by integrating CyberArk with ServiceNOW, LDAP, SIEM, Splunk, and SAML. Customized and built CPM Plugins and PSM Connectors. Supported PAM Self-Hosted and Privilege Cloud (SaaS) environments. Planning and execution of account migrations into CyberArk end to end. Operational/Admin experience in CyberArk. Created and configured Safes, Platforms, and Master Policies. Engineering experience in troubleshooting and upgrading Core PAS Components (EPV, PVWA, CPM, and PSM). Implemented and troubleshooted entire Secret Manager AAM Suite of products: CyberArk AIM Central Credential Provider (CCP), Credential Provider (CP), and Conjur. Supported and improved PAM functionality including Privileged Credential Management, User Authentication & Authorization, Policy Management, Session Brokering and Recording, External Integrations, Workflows, Auditing and Reporting, and creating SOPs and documentation. Knowledge of Active Directory administration, Windows authentication, and LDAP authentication. Experience with Privileged Access Management, Identity Access Management, and Information Security Tools. Deployed Master, Standby, and Follower and stood up infrastructure for Conjur. Streamlined DevOps activities through integration of Octopus Deploy and Postman.
