Working closely with the assigned Reporting Manager Mrs. Pradnya Chaukekar – ARKInfosolutions Private Limited (National Distributor) and be responsible for the followingactivities:• Contacting prospective and existing customers using the provided database.• Promoting specific oQers and services related to assigned product & services.• Making daily calls using the call setup and line provided by the company.• Updating assigned CRM – new & existing data base as per the workflow allocatedExchanging real-time feedback based on the requirements to the respective teams.• Recording and submitting real-time feedback through the CRM platform usingcredentials shared by the company.• Attending assigned training sessions and review meetings from time to time.• Sharing daily activity reports to my reporting manager on daily EOD• Attending review meetings, calls and mails as and when required• Taking ownership of the assigned activities.
