    Spearheaded the end-to-end mechanical design and production of custom switchboards valued at over $3 million in total for large-scale infrastructure- Applied GD & T and DFM principles in the design of complex switchboard assemblies parts) using Autodesk Inventor and Vault PDM- Specialized in precision sheet metal design using steel, aluminum, and copper, incorporating techniques such as welding, bending, and press braking- Produced detailed part drawings and wiring diagrams (AutoCAD) to guide assembly and guarantee safe functionality.• Collaborated with Siemens to co-develop 4 mass manufacturable switchboard models for a projected throughput of >200 units a month- Managed version control across 10-15 design iterations, hardware selection and vendor coordination- Jointly led creation of Siemens PPAP approved “golden sample” builds to serve as production references for mass production- Provided onsite support at Raycap’s Charleston, SC facility to oversee production scaling and troubleshoot quality issues.
