I actively guide student projects and foster a research-oriented mindset, especially in the fields of materials engineering and additive manufacturing.As the Technology Business Incubator (TBI) Manager, I oversee initiatives that encourage innovation and entrepreneurship on campus. This includes mentoring student startups, coordinating with external agencies like Kerala Startup Mission, and organizing workshops and programs that nurture entrepreneurial skills.Additionally, as the Faculty Advisor for SAE, I mentor student teams participating in national-level automotive and mobility competitions, helping them apply engineering theory to hands-on vehicle design and development projects. Through these roles, I aim to bridge academics, research, and industry, while cultivating a vibrant ecosystem for student innovation and professional growth.
