As a Senior Analytics Engineer at ONE, I was responsible for migrating from Snowflake to Databricks, building out dbt layers for multiple business segments, and developing core operational reporting tables that provided insights into customer behaviors and spending. I also led the optimization and incremental runs of dbt, reducing runtimes to 20% of their original runtimes, and trained junior members on best practices to develop history and scalable marts for the company.Previously, I worked as a Data Scientist at Even, a fintech startup that enabled earned wage access and savings to 900K people monthly.
