Experience
Global Information Technology Director IT Business Partner
Dec 2023 — Present · Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, NC, US
I joined Catalent at a pivotal time as the organization was accelerating its global digital transformation agenda. I partnered with Global Quality and Business Development & Finance leaders to modernize systems, simplify operations, and ensure scalable, compliant technology across ~40 global sites.A major focus of my work was integrating and standardizing core enterprise and quality platforms—including Enterprise Doc Mgmt, QMS, LMS, Labs, SalesForce CRM, OneStream and integration projects—to reduce manual effort, improve data integrity, and enable faster, more reliable batch release. By tightly integrating QMS, LIMS, and ERP systems, we eliminated thousands of hours of manual checks and materially reduced deviations while improving audit readiness. In parallel, I led Catalent’s early adoption of AI-driven solutions, working with Microsoft and its partners to deploy AI help agents and advance automation use cases for quality and process deviation management. I also drove cloud migrations, SaaS adoption, and vendor consolidation, delivering over $700K in cost savings while improving service reliability. The role blended strategy, execution, and change leadership—helping global teams adopt modern, integrated technology at scale.
