I was placed through College Campus Recruitment at Megha Engineering and Infrastructure Ltd.(MEIL) as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in Construction Management. I was allocated to the Western Rajasthan Canal Project (ERCP), a flagship project under the Rajasthan Government, involving the construction of a barrage on the Parbati River. This project aims to significantly improve water availability and enhance the livelihoods of people across Rajasthan.As a GET, my responsibilities included analyzing and evaluating daily work targets, closely observing on-site execution, and gaining hands-on exposure across various construction segments. Through continuous learning and practical involvement, I developed a strong understanding of construction planning, execution, and site management practices.
