I lead a team of 25 professionals responsible for delivering external audit services for defined benefit obligation account balances to a diverse portfolio, including large US-listed companies, private and public limited companies, and public sector entities. My key responsibilities encompass ensuring quality assurance for audit work by collaborating with KPMG\'s technical department (DPP), preparing and negotiating the PoD budget with the KPMG leadership team, efficiently managing the delivery of approximately audit hours across over 150 engagements, overseeing the performance evaluation process of my team, liaising with senior client management, and representing KPMG in audit committee meetings.The main clients I am working with are: BT Group plc, British Airways plc, CBRE Group, AGCO Corporation, Belron International Limited, Rio Tinto Group, Emerson Electric Co and Scottish Water. In addition to these, I engage extensively with various public sector entities, encompassing local government, education, and the social housing sectors.I am also responsible for managing and delivering external audits for complex AQR scope local government pension funds. This involves directly overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of audit engagements with an approximate fee of possess extensive experience in performing audit procedures for the valuation of various classes of investment assets, including quoted, unquoted, private investment vehicles, property, infrastructure and other complex assets.In my role, I also assist the PCoE senior leadership team in maintaining the financial hygiene of the department. This is achieved through close collaboration with finance administrators and audit teams.
