Essential Functions include:• Manage and maintain the school’s databases, ensuring data integrity, quality and accuracy.• In partnership with network manager, manage systems related to the security of school data.• Manage and maintain cloud-based SIS (Blackbaud), Raiser’s Edge NXT, third party integrationsin Blackbaud, and other school-based cloud-based applications.• Synthesize complex material and translate that information to end-users through informal trainingto staff and parents.• Troubleshoot technical problems, end-user issues, and recommend workflow improvements forevery department interfacing with school-wide applications.• Manage electronic records as they relate to Enrollment Management, Health, Human Resources,Institutional Advancement, and other departments.• Provide Tier 2 help desk support, primarily for the systems integrated into the SIS or othersystems managing data.• Keep current of operational updates and inform staff to install updates, plug-ins, and patches.• Liaising with Institutional Advancement and Finance Departments recording a variety ofconstituent information.• Partner with school leaders to support the data/record needs of their departments.• Partner with the Director of Technology and Innovation to assess the systems needs of the schooland make recommendations for future technologies.• Administration of Google Workspace.Accomplishments and Achievements:• Trained staff how to efficiently utilize the integration Blackbaud and Raiser’s Edge NXT systems.• Launched and assigned cyber security trainings to staff using KnowBe4.• Received school-wide praise for organizing individual student classroom data to improveadministration’s ability to navigate registration for Generations (Grandparent’s) Day.
