My early years were spent at CITIL (i-flex Solutions Pvt Ltd). Starting as a developer of the Core Banking Product, Flexcube, I grew to a consultant and was part of multiple implementations across different banks. Covered roles across dev, support, implementation, requirement analysis, and QA before acquisition by Oracle.Subsequently, I joined a US based IT startup, Karna Softek and brokered a merger with Cranes Software within 6 months of me being with the organisation. Setup the first business vertical in Cranes around BFSI for providing solutions using statistical tools available in-house. My entrepreneurial journey started in 2009 with the launch of adaa IT Solutions which was an outsourced product development firm. We specialised in NetSuite ERP. We were also the sole distributors of Bankers Realm, a core back office solution for the Micro Finance Industry, in India. We had a number of MFI clients including Equitas, Ujjivan which later scaled to become full fledged banks.In 2010 I plunged into the Online Digital space with mycity4kids.com. This was a hyperlocal search and discovery platform for kids service providers.As with every entrepreneur I have been through a number of ups and downs and for a brief period had to step out of being an active founder and joined Quikr in Oct 2015 to help with the product strategy and technology of the vertical focused on the Auto segment. Returned back to Momspresso in June 2017.Led the technology and analytics function at Momspresso. We were the first user generated content platform to launch multi-lingual services in the country by launching content creation in Hindi in Dec 2016. This grew to be the largest multi-lingual digital platform in India with over 30 million annual visitors and over mothers sharing their experiences across 9 Indian languages. Momspresso Mymoney was a first of a kind micro-influencer platform where brands could host campaigns and we used a ML algorithm to match the best creators to the brand campaigns. We completed more than brand campaigns and paid over influencers. We counted almost all the top FMCG companies as clients including Unilever, P&G, ITC, Dabur, J&J, Mamaearth, Britannia etc. Successfully exited this venture, Just4Kids Services Pvt Ltd which was fully acquired by Honasa Consumer Ltd (Mamaearth) in September 2023.I am currently advising Eubrics AI, a GenAI startup focused on improving Sales Productivity. Helping them with their GTM strategy and next fund raise. I believe a team with a clear vision and right motivation, can achieve anything.
