ABOUT ASIF BUTT
I\'m a sociologist based at the London School of Economics (LSE). I give keynote presentations on HR matters in law firms featuring the latest scientific research. Clients include: Hengeler Mueller, Dentons, Gibson Dunn, Simmons & Simmons, Squire Patton Boggs, Noerr, and more. My work has been featured in national newspapers and industry publications, including Financial Times, WELT, JUVE, and LTO. My latest research project explores who top law firms hire. I\'ve collected the yet largest scientific dataset on the German law industry which includes survey responses from +3,500 lawyers and extensive material from +50 one-to-one interviews with partners and associates from Germany\'s most prestigious law firms (including Freshfields, Linklaters, Hengeler Mueller, and many more).
