Product Manager - Credit IT CEI (Customer Experience Integration), CIP (Customer Identity Platform) Ford Motor Company is an American multinational automobile manufacturer headquartered in Dearborn, Michigan. Project Scope: As the Product Manager for the Customer Experience Integration (CEI) team, I oversee several projects resulting from the reorganization of applications, including Archive Customer Service (ACS), Customer Account Lookup (CAL), Customer Account Overview (CAO), Ford Credit Cross Reference (FCXR), Customer Identity API (CIA), and Ford Credit Cross Reference Front End (FCXR-FE). The project began with a discovery phase (SPIKE) for migrating from Hopscotch to Postman, creating a complete collection for ACS, CAL, CAO, FCXR, and FCXR-FE. Phase 1 (Q4 2024) will focus on establishing the Customer Domain tie-up endpoint, while Phase 2 (2025) will introduce features for customer creation, customer agreement creation, user registration, digital channels retrieval, and customer search within the Customer Domain. Additionally, we will enhance the Splunk Cloud Dashboard for reporting and tracking and obtain necessary approvals through ServiceNow for the soft launch, cutover, and production launch. This initiative also supports monitoring the Customer Identity Platform (CIP) team with daily engagement on a separate track.
