Forecasting- as a forecaster my KRA is to achieve more than 95% forecast accuracy with less than 110% OTF at a MTD, weekly and intraday level. Capacity Planner - weekly & long-term Capacity planning ensure us to provide best service for our client requirements. Scheduling- assigning employees to specific shifts, tasks, and locations based on the forecast and other constraints like employee skills, availability, and preferences. Real time monitoring - monitoring and managing agent adherence to their scheduled activities in real-time WFM Billing - create and manage multiple clients WFM billing ( Invoice and IRF) build a connection between finance team, Operation and Client.
