I’m an engineering and operations professional with a global perspective and a passion for leading people, projects, and processes that scale. Having lived and worked across the United States, Australia, Singapore, and the UAE, I bring a culturally aware, strategic, and adaptable approach to solving complex operational challenges.My experience spans Construction project management across minerals & Metals and infrastructure and then diving into a manufacturing domain which allows me to work within Continuous improvement and maintenance & reliability with core skills including electrical systems, control and automation, manufacturing operations, with hands on expertise in platforms such as Allen Bradley I’ve led and supported initiatives focused on process optimization, system reliability, and operational efficiency delivering cost saving improvements with some of the highest returns on investment across my teams. Notably, I reduced operational downtime from 21% to 2.5% within 4 years through targeted continuous improvement strategies, TPM Framework, workflow redesign, and data driven decision making.Leadership is central to my career path. I’m intentional about developing the strategic, people focused, and execution driven capabilities required to lead at scale. I enjoy mentoring others, aligning cross functional teams, and creating clarity in fast moving environments. My long term ambition is to step into global executive roles where I can shape strategy, empower high performing teams, and drive operational excellence across regions.I’m committed to continuously broadening my capabilities in areas that strengthen operational leadership and strategic impact. This includes advancing my knowledge in Servant Leadership, Lean principles, artificial intelligence and machine learning applications in operations, Agile methodologies to deliver projects, and enterprise systems like SAP s4/Hana.
