Managed critical MV/LV electrical infrastructure including medium voltage switchgear (34.5kV), low voltage distribution panels (480V/208V/120V), high-capacity UPS, backup generators, automatic transfer switches (ATS), and power distribution units (PDUs) and mechanical systems (CRAH/CRAC, AHU, chillers, cooling towers) to ensure 24*7 data center reliability. • Analyzed power and thermal data trends via EPMS, BMS, power meters and thermal imaging equipment to proactively improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs. • Executed rigorous safety protocol including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and NFPA 70E compliance, executing arc flash safety procedures while troubleshooting and resolving system faults to minimize downtime and meet stringent SLAs. • Led and executed comprehensive preventive corrective maintenance on MV/LV switchgear including contact inspection, insulation testing, and protective relay functionality checks. • Contributed significantly to RCA and incident reporting to drive operational resilience and continuous improvement. • Supported and verified commissioning activities, ensuring electrical systems meet redundancy and performance specifications. • Documented and implemented standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance. • Collaborated with vendors, contractors, IT, and engineering teams to align equipment installation, optimize capacity, support data center growth, and conduct facility audits. • Achieved and maintained an outstanding uptime through expert redundant system operations and proactive system management. • Acted as on-site technical authority for electrical infrastructure operations providing immediate incident response and critical decision-making support.
