Job Responsibilities: 1. Site Visits – To understand the actual site condition, to take accurate site measurements if require, as well as to know the existing MEP services provided by the Builder such as AHU location & electrical capacity, firefighting & Fire alarm system etc, with MEP consultant.2. Preparing the Realistic 3D views using 3D Studio Max with v-ray rendering for the clear visualization & Concept design for RFP.3. After finalizing the Look & Feel, preparing the Full Set of Architectural & Interior Tender drawings and arrange BOQ to float the enquires to the particular Vendors. After Closing the Tender and finalized the Vendors by Client or PMC prepare the GFC drawings as per Actual Site Condition.5. Supervising drafting work during the design stage.6. Meets with vendors, suppliers and contractors, review interior needs with sales representatives and vendors to determine who can provide the best service and products within the time line and budget.7. After completion of project preparing the close out documents including as built drawings.
