ABOUT ASIER RAMOS PEREZ

With over five years of experience in operational transformation and factory management, I am the Group Head of Operational Transformation at Kinnerton Confectionery, the UK\'s largest manufacturer of chocolate and novelty confectionery. I have multiple certifications in mathematics, English, HACCP, and operations management, and I am fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian. I am responsible for leading the operational transformation strategy across the group, driving continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation in the manufacturing processes and systems. I work with the senior leadership team and the factory managers to deliver the group\'s vision, mission, and values, and to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. I have successfully implemented lean management principles and practices in the factories, resulting in significant cost savings, waste reduction, and productivity improvement. I have also developed and executed a comprehensive training and development program for the operational staff, enhancing their skills, knowledge, and engagement.
