Manage the budget, schedule, and overall technical execution of several International Space Station Integrated Logistics and Development projects as Control Account Manager. Provide technical management of supplier performance, including regular review of supplier progress towards meeting project milestones, including involvement in establishing supplier baselines (i.e. schedule, milestones). Perform the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using an RCA tool to identify the root causes of the problem. Develop statements of work (SOW) and project planning to execute supplier projects to meet program objectives. Develop, Track, and Manage project budget, including variance explanation on actual costs. Perform criticality assessment & establish vertical integration (inputs to Material Vertical Integration). Determine Control Account budgets, develop & maintain EACs & ETC time-phasing, and quantify risk and opportunity. Create and manage PBOM for parts procurement including flight fidelity and traceability requirements. Lead a team to accomplish tasks and meet deliverables within schedule, scope, and budget. Lead the development of a multi-million-dollar proposal to NASA on behalf of Boeing for the re-configuration of the International Space Station (ISS) allowing for future interactions with commercial vehicles. Review and support resolution of supplier issues as necessary to ensure delivered hardware conforms to baseline performance and specification requirements.
