I spend most of my time figuring out how to take something that\'s held together with duct tape and good intentions and turn it into a real system.Before Thresh, I was at City Beauty leading their Shopify migration, building out release cycles, standing up QA processes — basically anything that sat at the overlap of \"this is a tech problem\" and \"this is a people problem.\" Four-plus years of that taught me that the best product work isn\'t about the tools, it\'s about getting everyone rowing the same direction and shipping things that actually hold up.I\'m happiest when I\'m deep in the weeds on a problem nobody\'s figured out yet. I like building things that scale, cutting scope that doesn\'t matter, and working with teams that move fast without lighting fires behind them.Outside of work — hockey, silver jewelry making, and I lived solo in Korea for two years, which is a quick way to learn you can figure out pretty much anything if you have to.
