I am an experienced Private Secretary working with some of the most senior leaders and experts in the Criminal Justice System. Having joined the Civil Service as part of the Business & Admin apprenticeship scheme, I have since developed my skills in secretarial, governance, stakeholder liaison, events and team management.I have always been immensely passionate about the people agenda, dedicating my time on diversity and inclusion initiatives within the Crown Prosecution Service. I am particularly proud of the work I have delivered to improve my directorates annual People Survey results which remain above the Civil Service average. As of September 2023 I joined the Department of Work and Pensions as a Senior Business Manager.
