About Ashwin Joshi
I\'m Ashwin Joshi, the CEO and Founder of ATFA, a non-profit committed to offering free, top-tier financial education globally to teenagers. While in school, my true drive stems from an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and a hunger to revolutionize financial education for young adults. My journey has led me through diverse ventures, including admission to Stanford\'s Summer Session and interning at A1 Hospitality under the guidance of the Patels, prominent players in U.S West\'s hotel development. Learning from industry leaders like Mr. Haberling, CEO of HFG Trust, and Mr. Patel, CEO of A1 Hospitality Group, has been instrumental. Simultaneously, I\'ve actively navigated the stock market, initiating a custodial account at age 15. Our family\'s business engagement spans the U.S, Canada, and India, with my involvement since the tender age of seven. Combining these experiences with countless hours dedicated to finance learning has armed me with the financial acumen to steer ATFA towards its goals. My passion revolves around empowering global teenagers with vital financial knowledge for life\'s triumphs. I\'m honored to be among the 15 Washington state finalists for the U.S Senator Youth Scholarship program. This platform allows me to advocate for enhanced financial literacy, collaborating with state officials. Within the Washington student leaders\' network, I amplify the voices of millions within the state\'s education system. Yes, I\'m a college student, but I\'m striving to make a difference on a grand scale.
