Hi I’m Ashwin Jangalwa, but my team calls me Jango!I’m a designer by craft, but my real job is helping teams make better product decisions and visualising those decisions before we build them. Simply put, I help de-risk product decisions.I’ve spent most of my career working closely with founders and leadership teams. Having built and exited a startup myself, I understand the pressure of building the right thing, not just building things right.Over past 10 years, I’ve designed for 6M+ users, driving $80M+ in revenue across FinTech, HRTech and EdTech. In recent years my focus is on designing Human-AI experiences where complex technology feels simple, useful, and a little magical for the users.At BCG, I work at the intersection of AI, product strategy, and design, helping teams imagine and build the of human-centred AI experiences that do not just work, but feel like a small touch of magic.Outside of work, I am mostly curious about life, travelling to beautiful places around the world and learning about new cultures.
