The gap between an AI prototype, and a production-grade enterprise system, is where many digital transformations come to a halt. And I focus to close that gap.I\'ve been through the industry\'s huge moments - starting from the early web and web 2.0 to cloud and now, the era of agentic ai. While we witness technology evolving massively, one thing that remains constant is the fact that technology exists to enable business growth. I\'ve had over 20 years of experience in this space, and it still (and will always) make sense to see each architectural decision through the lens of business KPI. It\'s not the agents that I productionized in a short time that matters. But the hours that they are saving for staff everyday, does.I operate beyond the buzzwords, anchoring high-level strategy in technical reality. While I am comfortable in the company of CxO’s, aligning technology with business strategy, I remain deeply engaged in the codebase and in-depth discussions with execution teams. Whether it is architecting multi-agent systems with LangGraph, optimizing RAG pipelines, or leveraging Claude Code to accelerate development cycles, I believe a leader’s greatest asset is the ability to identify architectural friction before it occurs.Currently, I am prioritizing the foundational, but less talked about components of the AI ecosystem: orchestration, observability, security and governance. My focus is on building autonomous systems where control and reliability coexist.Beyond delivery, I train our engineering teams on GenAI frameworks. Internal capabilities beat any vendor.    Designing and building enterprise AI agent systems using Copilot Studio, LangChain, LangGraph, and Google ADK, with a focus on multi-agent orchestration, tool integrations, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns.Recently worked on rapidly taking AI agents from concept to production—delivering multiple production-grade agents within a short time frame with a small team, while operating in a relatively new and evolving technology landscape.A significant part of the work involves improving system reliability and real-world usability. This has included stabilizing existing agents, resolving design limitations, and refining system prompts and orchestration patterns to improve response quality, performance, and consistency.Worked through platform constraints and gaps—such as limited prompt capacity and lack of transparency in orchestration flows—by redesigning prompt structures, introducing more efficient context handling, and implementing multiple approaches to multi-agent coordination.The work often extends beyond individual contributions—troubleshooting across implementations, connecting patterns across use cases, and helping teams converge on more effective designs, especially in environments where AI experience is still developing.Also focused on making AI systems more adoptable and usable in enterprise settings, including designing patterns for proactive user engagement and notifications to drive usage of deployed agents.Mentoring engineers and actively enabling teams to build AI capability, while applying enterprise architecture principles to ensure solutions remain scalable, maintainable, and aligned with broader platform constraints.
