About Ashwini Maurya
Learning is my passion. I love to learn and build, weather its learning a whole production process to design & develop area rugs and home goods or learning new codes to build an entire home furnishing online shopping portal. I am the 4th generation in my family\'s rug manufacturing business. My family has been in rug manufacturing business since last 50 years. I have grown up in a rug factory so I have been learning rug making since my childhood. Since 2012 I have been working for Rugs House. Rugs House employs more than 500+ poor village weavers directly or indirectly and is a direct source of income for 100s of families in and around my village Khamaria, Bhadohi. One of my main objectives is to keep Rugs House growing so that it can employ more weavers and improve their quality of life.
