Analyze scientific quality of 500 + medicine journals (including some of the famous journals like WHO South-East Asia Journal of Public Health) according to guidelines provided by NLM, Clarivate, SCOPUS, and DOAJ and drive process improvement. Ensure journal conformity to good publishing practices and standards set by WAME, COPE, and ICMJE. Advised journal editors to identify the lacunae in the articles. Designed and developed reports using Google Analytics to track journal performance. Communicate with internal stakeholders to verify if peer-review processes are in place. Educate external stakeholders about the fair peer-review process. Organize regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders to brainstorm ideas and resolve concerns. Collaborate with the web development team for process improvement and adding new website features. Ensure all deadlines are met by managing the editorial calendar. Responsible for meeting external stakeholders’ expectations.
