We grab opportunity to lead the development of our four Transformative Solutions: People Experience, Organization & Workforce Transformation, People Mobility and HR Transformation. Responsibilities- Managing end-to-end recruitment and HR operations- Handling client communications effectively and seamlessly coordinating with internal teams- Maintaining data integrity within all the systems in scope; conducting regular audits, data clean-ups, and implementing data quality measures- Demonstrating proficiency in collating, presenting relevant data to stakeholders and delivering streamlined operations- Conducting mass hiring while excelling in retainer and contingent hiring practices- Developing sourcing strategies and utilizing various portals to identify potential candidates, while coordinating with business managers to ascertain staffing requirements- Understanding the company requirements and assisting in creating a recruitment plan- Managing key Human Capital Management modules which comprise of all HR operations, including onboarding activities, payroll, employee lifecycle, and offboarding - Generating and maintaining multiple reports for project stakeholders- Formulating HR Procedures to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standardsIdentifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements to solve recurring problems- Generating dashboard reports, managing reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting with audits- Documenting and maintaining critical actions and decisions made during stakeholder meetings- Proficiency in ticket management and utilizing a variety of ticketing tools
