Our mission is to guide you along the path to unlock your potential, no matter where your starting point may beMy Responsibilities:*Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders by partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to support their hiring needs.*Learning about the business and effectively articulating the Employee Value Proposition to candidates, ensuring they understand the company’s mission, culture, and values.*Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process by managing candidate communication and follow-up.*Tracking and maintaining up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance while collaborating with recruiters to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.*Handling interview scheduling, including coordinating candidate availability, aligning with interview teams, and scheduling virtual interviews within the ATS-iCIMS.*Managing the offer process, preparing offer letters, obtaining business approvals, and submitting final offers to candidates through the ATS.*Leading the onboarding process, driving new hire acclimation into the company and its culture. This includes initiating background checks, monitoring new hire activities, and maintaining engagement with new hires and hiring managers to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
