Responsibilities include: • complete business development, business advisory, customer acquisition, • selection of bid / tender and to maximize the winnability of the bids, • prepare a proper bid strategy, • bidding activities, • P&L of the SBU. Activities under this SBU / vertical include: • Preparation of feasibility reports and detailed project reports (DPR), • Structuring including structuring, financial modelling and analysis, • Financial due Diligence, ratio analysis, problem solving, • project / infrastructure financing, • bid process management and • transaction advisory services.
