With almost 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience at Accenture and now a Senior Salesforce Administrator at ITV, I specialize in building scalable Salesforce solutions that drive productivity, efficiency, and smarter decision-making.During my time at Accenture, I delivered 80+ Apex, Flow, and LWC modules, optimising system performance and reducing delivery time by 65%. I have worked across both admin and developer role, managing complex orgs, leading enhancements, and translating business requirements into high-impact technical solutions.As an Agentforce Champion, I focus on shaping the future of AI-driven experiences on Salesforce.
