Working as a Technical Lead for multiple projects.Roles & Responsibilities: • Technical Leadership: Two important assignments I worked on were to migrate from a monolithic architecture to multiple spring boot microservices architecture to be deployed to the open shift and move the data orchestration logic from Mule to java. Some of the reusable and critical components created are o Mule proxies for every microservice for security, logging and masking PII data, and routing traffic. o Validation frameworks using spring-provided and custom validators, caching framework using Redis cache, and Spring AOP, Application logging framework using spring AOP, interceptors, and log4j. o Data orchestration and transformation components, Service-to-service communication using Rest Template with connection pooling and payload logging. o Ping Federate and OAuth integration across microservices. o Automation testing using cucumber BDD and gherkin scripts. o Integration with notification system using Kafka. • Maintain and enhance legacy monolithic services built using spring REST and SOAP. • Data orchestration, integration, and transformation using Mule. Used MuleSoft and AnyPoint platform to design, build, deploy, manage, and govern APIs. Created many mule components and flows for transforming data from multiple sources to the required format. Created middleware components consisting of mule flows, sub flows, transformation and connectors for integration and data orchestration. Harness Data Wave to add application logic, handle errors, and transform data.• Performance tuning and optimization to enhance responsiveness, reduce the response time of business-critical services by using various techniques like caching, parallel processing, code refactoring, using Java profiler to find bottlenecks, laying coding standards guidelines, HTTP pooling• Well-versed in Agile methodologies.
