   PreSense is building the central nervous system for hospitals and extending it beyond hospital walls.We transform continuous physiologic data into real time clinical intelligence that helps care teams detect deterioration earlier, intervene faster, and coordinate care more effectively.Our platform operates across the full continuum of care:Before hospitalization, we integrate wearable sensors and remote monitoring to identify early physiologic instability, enabling proactive intervention and reducing avoidable admissions.During hospitalization, from the emergency department to the wards and ICU, PreSense continuously analyzes streaming vitals, labs, and clinical context to generate dynamic risk stratification. Clinicians receive actionable early warning insights that support timely escalation of care, optimize ICU utilization, reduce failure to rescue events, and streamline workflows through automated clinical documentation and summaries.After discharge, we maintain visibility into recovery trajectories, detect early signs of relapse, and support safer transitions of care, reducing readmissions and strengthening hospital at home models.Technically, PreSense is powered by a novel ensemble of proprietary machine learning models developed in house, combined with clinically validated models licensed from the University of Michigan. On top of this predictive foundation, we deploy large language models that synthesize physiologic trends, laboratory data, and clinical narratives into clear, interpretable risk insights, documentation support, and protocol guidance.The result is a unified intelligence layer that connects wearables, bedside monitors, and electronic health records into a continuous feedback system for modern healthcare systems.
