I\'m presently pursuing PGDM-HRM from MDI Gurgaon and actively looking for opportunities in the Human Resource domain. I\'ve worked on 3 Internships- including the ongoing Summer Internship at Flipkart, in which I\'m working in an HRBP role. My past experience include working with Larsen & Toubro Ltd.(L&T) Hydrocarbon Engineering as Senior Engineer in Piping and Pipeline design for Upstream industry. I\'ve worked on projects like Cairn Mangala Upgradation Project, Adani Dhamra Cryogenic storage Tanks design, KNPC Pipeline project, KOC GC-10,19 engineering. I\'m familiar with the technical design aspects of design of petrochemical, fertilizer, refinery and other upstream projects including proposal making, FEED engineering, Man hour estimation, Layout related work- Including Isometric, GA Drawings, Basic Primary support markup, IDC checks, Material take-offs, etc. and knowledge of the related software. I\'ve worked with L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering, Advent Division, Mumbai which is specializes in catering to engineering consultancy and design needs of Oil and Gas Industry. I\'ve also worked with Hero MotoCorp as an Assistant Relationship Manager catering to managing teams and maintaining relationship with the customer base. I\'m certified on People Analytics from Wharton, NX-Essential and NX-Nastran Industrial from SIEMENS.
