Responsible for Materials Planning & Production planning and Control. Implement best practice Material planning vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance. Coordinating with Day-to-day production planning and achieve maximum Production and subsequently 100% OTD. Plan, schedule and monitor material movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operations. Oversee and manage inventory integrity and review ways to reduce inventory levels. Generate reports on production shortages and sales impact to Factor Manager for analysis. Assist purchasing unit in coordinating and planning supplier deliveries. Work with materials department in material planning and analysis to reduce inventory level. Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and derive resolutions.
