Had successfully established five Placements linked Skills Training Center in Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh for training and placement of rural youth. Also, actively involved in various social service initiatives in Jharkhand as Director of PAHAL which is designated as the Mother NGO by the State Government for Covid relief work and an Elderly Care campaign for Ranchi District.
