Building a tool to understand customer behaviour on HSBC ecosystem to measure audience effectiveness. Media Optimization, Experimentation, Revenue Growth, Customer Acquisition, Ad Tech, Product Development, Branding, Marketing Effectiveness, Marketing Mix Modeling, ROMI, Developing a GPT3 algorithm for HSBC internally to support marketing activities.
