I’m someone who finds meaning in numbers - especially when they tell a story about our planet. At MSCI, I go beyond climate data, I help turn emissions, energy, and ESG metrics into insights that support global sustainability efforts.I’m deeply passionate about sustainability, climate action, and ESG issues. I’m also a member of CAN (Climate Action Network) at MSCI, where I actively engage in initiatives aimed at reducing environmental impact. I also contribute to the team’s fun Committee, organizing events within the team that bring colleagues together and foster a positive workplace culture.When I’m not analyzing trends, I’m on the ground teaching English and life-skills to underprivileged kids through U&I. It keeps me rooted, reminds me why I care about the bigger picture, and fuels my belief that data and compassion can go hand in hand.

   As an Analyst at MSCI, in the climate field, I specialize in collecting, validating climate data and analyzing Y-o-Y variations of climate-related disclosures from corporate sustainability and annual reports. I work with key ESG metrics such as Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, energy consumption, GHG intensity, climate targets, and mitigation strategies—aligning data collection with global frameworks like GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) and SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board) to ensure accuracy and comparability.Key Achievements- Built a CDP dashboard, for 50+ users, that streamlined access to climate data from large Excel files, which resulted in time reduction of nearly 90%, thereby enhancing team efficiency and accuracy- Delivered a team-wide presentation to 300+ members on the CDP dashboard, showcasing problem identification, solution, and quantifiable impact- Visualized the error tracker for the team using Power BI, enabling root cause analysis much efficient and significantly reducing rework- Created trackers to optimize workflows and improve ESG data quality and trackers across the team.Additional Involvement- Climate Action Network (CAN): Engage in ongoing climate discussions, promote sustainability and conscious living across the location by conduction events, workshops thereby aligning with global sustainability goals- Fun Committee : Contributed to organizing cultural and engagement events to foster a positive team environment.
