Provide technical support and best microphone/pressure sensors solutions based on the existing product portfolio to top customers located in Asia and USA • Actively manage projects together with the Sales, Marketing & FAE’s to achieve design-in targets • Establish and maintain good relationship with the customers & partners by organizing and driving quarterly technical/business review meetings • Close collaboration with our regional Field application engineers and product marketing to understand the customer needs and requirements • Update and maintenance of microphone calibration software and database based on customer requirements • Analyze competitor products and perform benchmarking • Work in laboratory to characterize sensor performance • Creating customer documentation and product documentation (datasheet, PCN, etc.) • Drive root cause analysis of field returns • Guide and train our regional field application engineers around the world • Microphone performance evaluation by system simulation using LTspice • Project Management of new and existing engineering projects and track sensor related issue via JIRA
