I am currently working as a Planning / Project Engineer at Bechtel Corporation, after completing my master’s in engineering / industrial management and over 6 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer I have worked on Mechanical Design, Fabrication, Erection and Project planning where I gained hands on experience in coordinating complex projects,ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.I work with tools like Primavera P6, AutoCAD, QURR, UPV,Propeller and Aconex, preparing 90- to 180-day look-ahead schedules to reduce uncertainty and help the construction teams stay on track. I also focus on critical path monitoring, gap analysis, and tracking to-go quantities, so that projects progress efficiently.I take pride in bridging the gap between planning and execution, ensuring engineering designs are effectively implemented on the ground. Collaborating with engineers, procurement, and field teams has taught me the importance of teamwork, patience, and clear communication.Looking ahead, my goal is to grow into a Project Manager role, where I can lead projects end-to-end, from planning to execution. I am passionate about learning, improving processes, and contributing to projects that create real impact in infrastructure and construction engineering.
